Why we built Kantiv.

I spent years watching brilliant AEC marketing teams grind through 80-hour proposal weeks copy-pasting project profiles, chasing down resumes, and losing sleep before deadlines. Not because they lacked talent, but because no one had ever built the right tools for them. 

We kept hearing

Pursuits doubled. Headcount didn't. Knowledge walks out the door. Generic AI tools don't understand AEC workflows.

Every firm we talked to had the same problem and the same workaround. We knew the workaround wasn't good enough, and that led to building Kantiv. And I could not be prouder of the team we have built, people who genuinely care about the problem, customers, and each other.

Every customer conversation reminds me why this matters, and I’m grateful to each and everyone who makes this journey possible and meaningful.
