Kantiv Closes the Gap Between Image Intelligence and Proposal Workflows for AEC Firms
Kantiv Workspaces and Image Intelligence capabilities unite the full pursuit workflow, from first image to final submission, in a single view, built for architecture, engineering, and construction firms.: Kantiv, the pursuit intelligence platform built for AEC firms, today announced the general availability of Workspaces and Image Intelligence, two major capability expansions that bring the full pursuit workflow and intelligence into a single platform for the first time.
AEC marketing and proposal teams are drained, piecing pursuits together manually, chasing images across traditional systems like Digital Asset Managers (DAMs) and delivery folders, guessing which ones will land, and rebuilding the same story every time in tools that were never built to talk to each other. With these launches, intelligence from every image, past proposal, and win is streamlined in one view, so proposal teams spend less time hunting and more time building the case that wins the work.
Image Intelligence turns a firm's investment in high-cost, high-quality photography and renderings into a competitive asset, surfacing the right proof at the right moment in every pursuit. Images curated inside Workspaces are directly accessible during proposal assembly, including through the Kantiv InDesign plugin, so the pursuit team never leaves the workflow to find the right visual. Workspaces brings that image intelligence together with projects, people, and previous proposals into a stage-based workflow, making sure the knowledge surfaces right when you need it.
Together, the launch addresses two of the biggest roadblocks in AEC proposal work today: the time and energy drain of piecing together context from scattered files and tools, and the failure to put high-cost imagery to work on every pursuit.
Workspaces: One Home for Every Pursuit
Workspaces makes Kantiv the system of record for AEC proposal work. Proposal teams upload an RFx and Kantiv reads it, extracting requirements, deadlines, and scope automatically. The platform then builds a storyboard outline, recommends the right people and projects from the firm's knowledge base, and generates a first draft grounded in verified past work. Every section traces back to something the firm has actually built and delivered, with links to help you cross-verify that nothing is fabricated.
Draft analysis surfaces AI-powered insights and recommendations across every section of the proposal before it goes to review. Compliance checks verify every RFx requirement before submission. Private Workspace controls ensure that confidential and joint-venture pursuits stay protected, kept out of search, chat, and AI generation until a team chooses to share them. And nothing is locked in: drafts can be exported as DOCX, PDF, or HTML, or a full workspace can be exported as a ZIP.
"We built Workspaces because we’ve lived through this pain. I've also watched talented proposal teams with sharp strategies lose winnable pursuits because they couldn't get organized fast enough. With Workspaces, we're seeing teams (in beta) go from RFP to a 50% complete first draft in minutes, and the time they save goes into crafting a winning strategy instead of assembling files.”
— Rohan Jawali, Co-founder & CEO, Kantiv
Image Intelligence: Your Visual Library, Finally Connected to Your Pursuit
Image Intelligence solves the struggle of finding the right image mid pursuit. You simply search the image (either by file name if you remember it, or based on what’s in the image, or most used images, or if you have a low resolution image and want to find a hi-res image, etc.) and get the right image for your pursuit, even if nobody ever tagged it that way.
"The moment a photo enters our system, it's not just stored, it's understood. We're running multi-modal models that classify what's in the frame. This turns a passive archive into a live intelligence layer. The wow is that a field superintendent can snap a photo and before they've put their phone away, the system already knows what it's looking at, classified it accordingly and made it ready for teams to use."
— Nikhil Almeida, Co-founder & CTO, Kantiv
For any image, teams can see every proposal it has already appeared in and how many times it's been used, reducing the risk of sending the same shot to the same client twice. Coverage Gap Detection flags where a firm's library is thin by market or project type before a pursuit is underway, and IPTC and EXIF metadata tagged in Adobe Bridge or Lightroom carries over automatically. When it's time to build the layout, images can be dragged directly into InDesign without downloading a single file, and alternate dimensions or formats can be generated on demand from a single source, without ever altering the original, or losing the thread of the pursuit.
